Notice Regarding the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act Entity List
What happened
Signed by Donald Trump, the Department of Homeland Security announced an update to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act Entity List as of October 29, 2026. The update adds three new entities identified as working with the Xinjiang government to transfer or receive forced labor, with two also cited for sourcing materials from government labor schemes. Under the law, U.S. Customs and Border Protection applies a rebuttable presumption that goods produced by these entities are made with forced labor and barred from importation.
