Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Manufactured Housing

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is notifying the public that its Energy Conservation Standards for Manufactured Housing final rule, published on May 31, 2022, has no legal effect. This change occurred due to the enactment of the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act (ROAD Act). The notification was signed by Donald Trump.
